第42屆全美音樂獎-頒獎典禮 20141123HD

第42屆全美音樂獎於2014年11月23日在洛杉磯諾基亞劇院舉辦，以表彰2013年度最受歡迎的歌手和專輯。提名於2014年10月13日由傑森·德魯羅和Charli XCX共同公布，伊基·阿塞莉婭以6項提名成為該屆提名最多的藝人。ABC電視台現場直播了頒獎典禮。 2014年10月2日，嘻哈鬥牛梗被確認當選本屆主持人。值得一提的是，本屆VMA中張傑和筷子兄弟均出席了頒獎典禮，並分別獲得了非常規獎項「年度國際藝人獎」（International Artist Award）和「年度國際最佳流行音樂獎」（International Song Of The Year）。然而，他們都是在直播的廣告時段領獎和出場表演，其中，筷子兄弟因涉嫌假唱引發質疑。
